The Junior Sales Administrator will manage and increase customer satisfactory levels. This person will act as a single point of contact for all escalations, problem management and quote requests for enhanced features. This person will be the gatekeeper between the App support teams and client and feedback on any escalations and resolution activities. He / She will also work closely with the support and sales team to improve on processes.
