Do you have a refined palate, a deep passion for wine, and a natural flair for service? We’re looking for a Sommelier or Assistant Sommelier to join our team and elevate the guest experience through expert wine knowledge, curated pairings, and engaging storytelling.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through our wine list, offering pairings that enhance their dining experience
• Maintain and manage the wine cellar, stock levels, and vintage rotation
• Train and support service staff on wine knowledge and presentation
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to update wine pairings and menus
• Uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong foundation in wine knowledge (WSET certification or similar preferred)
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant/hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for hospitality, learning, and staying updated on wine trends
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
