Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily front-of-house operations
- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times
- Drive guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve any service concerns promptly
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost controls
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menus, events, and promotions
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A guest-first mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
