Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional service, and operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, inspire the team, and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily front-of-house operations
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times
  • Drive guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve any service concerns promptly
  • Train, mentor, and schedule staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team
  • Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost controls
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menus, events, and promotions
  • Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume or fine dining environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A guest-first mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
  • Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
