Sales agents will be responsible for communicating the benefits rain’s products and services to drive sales. Sales agents will serve as the point of contact between rain and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell rain products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Identify customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Go the “extra mile” to meet customer needs
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads telephonically or via other communication channels
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Keeping up to date with latest trends and changes in our industry
- Working on individual targets but always keeping the greater team and business in mind
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:
- Matric
- 2 years’ + experience in a sales environment and experience in selling on different channels
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
