Do you have experience working for an accounting organisation where you have completed Management Accounts and Books to Balance Sheet?
We have an excellent opportunity for you to increase your experience within an International Company dealing with their business in the UK. Their Cape Town office is based in Century City.
It is essential to be well spoken and bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Own vehicle
- Solid computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player attributes
- Working hours: 9am – 6pm & 10am – 7pm
DUTIES:
- Reporting to the Financial Manager
- Bookkeeping to Balance Sheet
- Knowledge of Management Accounts
- Implement all general accounting practices with accordance to Homeowners Association (HOA)
- Monitor all credit and debts transactions
- Management reports with month end
- Processing bank statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ensure transactions are accurately and timeously processing
- Emailing monthly statements to residents
- Monitor petty cash
- Capture of all new member on accounting package
- Facilitate payments on invoices received
- Manage Audit procedures with accordance to Homeowners Association (HOA)
- Manage Year End Audits
- Manage monthly remuneration to all staff
- Monitor all garnishing orders for staff
- Paye / UIF / SDL
- Control and manage monthly contracts
