A dynamic tech-driven business within the logistics and transport solutions industry is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function and contribute to the strategic growth of the business. The role involves overseeing financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, risk management, and business optimisation while working closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and innovation.

Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification essential
- Minimum 5 years’ team management experience
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax, audits, and compliance
- Experience within FSP, logistics, telematics, insurance, banking, or technology environments advantageous
- Strong business intelligence and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with financial systems and process optimisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
