KZN. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Franchise Operations Partner to join an established and leading company within the Beauty and Personal Care industry. The ideal candidate will have strong retail and operational experience, financial and computer literacy, a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle, together with a good understanding of the Health and Beauty industry. This is a hands-on regional role requiring travel between multiple salons and a strong focus on profitability, operational excellence and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular in-store visits, providing hands-on operational support to Franchise Partners and store teams
  • Lead monthly operational reviews, focusing on performance, execution gaps and action plans
  • Complete and submit monthly SOP compliance checklists
  • Drive improvements across treatments, retail sales, customer service and daily operating procedures
  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring compliance with product, treatment, operational, training, marketing and salon standards
  • Identify training requirements and coordinate interventions with the relevant training department
  • Work with Franchise Partners to develop and track budgets, targets and store-specific action plans
  • Analyse financial performance, including turnover, margins, expenses and productivity, to identify opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum Matric
  • Good knowledge of the Health and Beauty industry
  • Strong retail experience, preferably within a multi-site environment
  • Financial and computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to independently manage and oversee multiple salons
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the allocated region
  • Excellent communication, organisational, operational and people skills
