We are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Architectural Technician for a contract vacancy based in Mthatha / Port St. Johns, Eastern Cape
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Salary: Negotiable dependent on whether a Senior / Junior candidate and dependent on registration details

- Matric + Relevant built environment qualification / Architectural qualification
- Registration with ECSA preferred (but not necessary)
- 2+ years’ experience in Project Management
- Computer literate on MS Office
- Good communication skills with fluency in Xhosa non-negotiable
- Candidate must be resident in Mthatha / Port St. Johns currently, relocation for the contract duration (4- 6 months) will not be considered due to previous let down
- Driver’s license mandatory
- Candidates must be available as from mid January
- Great learning opportunity for a junior candidate
- Liaising with consultants
- Quality control in terms of industry standards
- Preparation of reports
- Regular site inspections to check progress
- Report back to main office
- Attend site / technical meetings
- Insect works for conformity
- Assist with obtaining documentation
- Project management
