MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of herd health, nutrition and reproduction
• Proven AI experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic administration and record keeping
• Mechanical and technical knowledge would be advantageous
• Valid driver's license
• Familiar with Afikim,4th Quadrant and Excel

 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Complete management of the dairy and staff
• Pasture and feed planning
• Management of irrigation system and pastures
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and animal health
• Collaboration with farm management and veterinarian
