East London – EC: This growing private dairy processing plant needs to add a member to their team soonest

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant certificate/diploma/degree, advantageous
• Min of 3 years previous experience in similar role
• Previous experience with Amasi, raw milk and butter advantageous

Proven experience with:

1. Processing functions of raw milk
2. Testing and sampling of finished product
3. Food safety procedures and bottling
4. Health and hygiene of factory plant etc

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
