Mooi River Area – KwaZulu -Natal: Our client is looking for a Dairy Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Agriculture advantageous
• At least 3-5 years’ experience on a dairy farm
• Dairy Management or livestock management experience essential
• Previous Pasture Management advantageous
• Great stockmanship
• Proven ability to AI
• Ability to motivate and work with a team
• Good recording skills. Must be data orientated
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills. Be able to delegate and organise
• Mechanically / maintenance orientated
• Ability to speak Zulu and Xhosa advantageous
• Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline driven and diligent
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
