Creighton area – KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Cheese maker to join the team.
 
This position would be best suited to a single person with no kids or a couple with older kids.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• NQF 4, S3 or equivalent Cheese Manufacturing Qualification
• Dairyman or Cheese Making qualification advantageous
• Min of 3 years cheese making experience
• Computer literate
• Proven ability to understand and interpret dairy processes
• Experience working with multiple types of cheese
• Excellent administrative and communication skills
