Cradock/ Middelburg/ Graaff- Reinet Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for an experienced Production farm manager – sheep & lamb to join the team.
 
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving the development, production plan and business rationale for export of certified Karoo lamb.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture
• At least 10 -15 years relevant experience
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent operational planning, decision-making and prioritization skills
• Good stockmanship
• Strong management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintenance orientated
• Valid driver’s license
