Lobatse Area – Botswana: Our client is looking for a Beef Farm Manager to join the team.
 
Due to the remote location of the farm this position would be best suited to a mature person with no kids.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• Min of 5 previous years’ beef farming experience
• Previous irrigation farming experience
• Strong stockmanship
• AI ability advantageous
• Computer literate
• Ability to motivate and work with staff
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate, energetic, pro-active and independent
• Maintenance orientated
• Valid drivers license
• Valid passport
