Hoedspruit Area – Limpopo: Our client is looking for an Export Procurement Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fresh produce exports logistics in a management role
• A tertiary degree/ diploma in Agriculture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Proven working relationship with growers, packhouses and service providers
• Above average computer literacy and knowledge on supply chain systems
• Experience with Valencia oranges
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong strategic and leadership skills
• Strong persuasive, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• An achievement orientated individual with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to exercise resilience when facing challenges
• The development of sustainable strategies that support the Company’s core function in the worldwide export of fruit
• Implementation of various supply chain strategies that support the export function
• The appointment and management of service providers in the supply chain
• Management of the Logistics team
