Robertson / Worcester Area – Western Cape: Our client is looking for an Area Manager – Seed Production to join the team.
 
The successful candidate will guide and lead the Production Advisor Team with regards to the seed production process, from planning and planting to harvesting and distribution

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Agricultural diploma/degree advantageous
• Min of 5 years previous crop production and management experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong administrative and organisational skills and high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget
• Valid driver’s license
