Paulpietersburg – KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Milk Factory Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Relevant Diploma/Degree
- Min of 3 years’ experience in similar position/role
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Proven ability to manage/maintain systems
- Previous HR and labour experience highly advantageous
- Appreciates attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in overseeing production process from raw milk to finished product, always maintaining quality.
- Experience with - staff training / manage package levels / manage stock levels / manage staff, including disciplinary process and leave planning / stock control during production phase and other
