Howick Area – KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Piggery and Feed Mill Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Experience in feed mill and/ or piggery management
• Experience in staff management
• Code 08 licence
• Ability to speak Zulu would be advantageous
• Basic mechanical knowledge needed
• Basic computer skills needed

 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Making sure feed mill operates effectively and standard operating procedures are followed
• Quality control of raw materials and finished feed
• Inbound raw material logistics and outbound finished feed logistics
• Stock control of raw materials
• Lead a team of staff working in the feed mill
• Fill an assistant manager position in a grower section of a piggery which includes the management of animal health, feeding and staff management
