Mkushi Area – Zambia: Our client is looking for a Workshop Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Trade tested diesel mechanic or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years’ of mechanical experience on a large-scale commercial operation
• Thorough knowledge of Agricultural mechanics
• Solid background in mechanical electrics and basic understanding of construction

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• A “hands on” approach to mechanical maintenance and repair of all farm machinery, that includes,
• but not limited to tractors, combines, self-propelled sprayers, centre pivots, pumps and motors.
• Daily checks and continuous training of all operators,
• Daily record keeping and data input (Agri-Dynamics),
• Workshop consumables and machinery spares quotation sourcing
