Hoedspruit Area – Limpopo: Our client is looking for a Debtors Clerk to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Pastel accounting experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant debtors or finance experience
• Packhouse experience will be an advantage
• Studying towards a finance degree or diploma will be advantageous
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
• Ethical, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality

 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
 

• Monitor and manage company receivables
• Ensure timely invoicing and collections from agents and debtors
• Perform in depth revenue and debtors’ reconciliations monthly
• Invoicing and collection of cash sales and recoveries
• Processing of Cashbook and petty cash
• Projections for producers biannually
