Dalton Area – KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Broiler Breeder Site Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Qualification in poultry or Agricultural Science advantageous
• Proven experience managing large broiler breeder flocks
• Proven experience working with environmentally controlled houses and technical understanding of these systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Computer literate
• Hands-on operational expertise and track record of achieving fertility, hatchability, and production KPI’s
• A solid understanding of breeder technical guidelines (e.g. Aviagen, Cobb)
