Lubumbashi Area – DRC: Our client is looking for a Group Finance Director to join the team.

Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in finance or business administration is a plus.
• Advanced level of Computer skills and Software packages
• Minimum of 15 -20 years of experience in senior-level financial positions in Agri & FMCG companies and thorough knowledge of Finance and Accounting standards and regulations including OHADA

 
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
 

• Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and treasury
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills to manage relationships with company financiers and partners
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including partners of the company and financial regulators
• Ability to solve complex problems and make significant strategic decisions for the company
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
