Lubumbashi Area – DRC: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate supports the Senior Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing farm sections and leading small teams
 
Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• 3–5 years of experience in a farm management or supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of agricultural workflows.
• Leadership potential and team coordination skills.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Supervise specific farm sections and associated personnel.
• Assist with planning, implementation, and oversight of agricultural activities.
• Manage inputs, machinery in assigned areas, and help optimize productivity
