Montagu Area – Western Cape: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm To Table Cultivator to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Agricultural or horticultural qualification is beneficial.
• Minimum of two years’ practical gardening experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team while upholding high standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Passion for indigenous plants and a deep respect for nature

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Maintain and clean stone paths, beds, dams, and water channels.
• Identify and manage weed control, distinguishing between plants, seedlings, and weeds.
• Perform general garden maintenance, including planting, feeding, and pest control.
• Engage with guests by generously sharing knowledge about the garden and its features.
