Mombasa area – Kenya: Our client is looking for a Chief Milling Manager -Wheat & Maize to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Must have a strong technical background in milling operations
• At least 10 years’ experience in both maize and wheat milling
• Must have a track record of optimizing production processes
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership and record keeping skills
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Valid passport
• Valid driver’s license

 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 

• Production processes
• Maintenance program
• Quality control
• Efficiency of mill operations
• Profit/loss of milling processes
• Understanding of the electrical components of the mill operations
