MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agriculture degree (Agronomy/Horticulture)
• More than 5 years relevant experience as an Agriculture advisor to farmers

 
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES REQUIRED
 

• Strong understanding of horticulture crops, precision ag, soil science, plant nutrition, data, and AgTech
• Performance driven
• Drive and energy to build a client base
• Customer focused
• Passionate about Agriculture
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to confidently present feedback to clients
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as on your own
• Computer literate
• Ability to market and sell products and services
• Attention to detail and well organised
• Deadline driven
