Delmas Area – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Farm Manager – Broiler Production to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Five or more years of experience managing environmentally controlled poultry houses.
• Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency
• Experience with SKOV/MUNTERS climate control systems
• Computer literate with solid record-keeping skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive productivity.
• Physically fit with no allergies to feathers/dust.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Oversee daily operations of broiler houses, including chick placement, feeding, ventilation, and bird health.
• Manage climate control systems to ensure optimal production conditions
• Monitor and maintain water, feed, and sanitation systems
• Enforce biosecurity protocols and ensure accurate documentation
• Lead, train, and manage farm staff effectively
