Riyadh Area – Saudi Arabia: An established 28ha leafy greens farm supplying pre-packed salad bags and fresh produce to major supermarket chains across the Kingdom is looking for a Junior Farm Manager to join their team.
 
This hands-on role involves managing the full production cycle of spinach, leafy greens, and herbs – from soil prep and planting to germination, crop care, and harvest.
 
Due to the remote location of the farm, this position is best suited to a single individual who is ready for a rewarding experience in commercial crop production and eager to grow within a fast-paced agricultural environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Degree in Agriculture or related discipline advantageous
• Previous experience in growing specifically with leafy greens, herbs, or similar crops
• Strong understanding of soil health, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.
• Ability to work in Riyadh’s climate conditions with a commitment to high-quality production
• Computer literate
• Fluency in English
• Able to problem solve, work on own and use initiative
• Valid passport
