Western Cape – South Africa: We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Farm Manager with solid leadership skills and a true owner’s mentality to take charge of day-to-day operations on a diverse farming unit.
 
This role requires someone with broad, practical experience across key farming areas – including livestock, planting, mechanical maintenance, irrigation systems (Conala), and basic medical care (medics). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in agricultural field
• Proven previous cropping experience (wheat & canola)
• Proven experience with cattle
• Experience with GPS, autosteer
• Maintenance and mechanically orientated
• Good record keeping skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
