De Jagersdrift Area – KwaZulu-Natal: An established 1,600ha farming operation is seeking a hands-on, experienced Farm Manager to oversee both the 400-head beef breeding herd and the cropping enterprise.
 
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the daily management and performance of the beef and crop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and long-term sustainability of the farm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min of 5 previous years in a Farm Manager role
• Previous experience in stud breeding advantageous
• Experience in cropping and field management
• Strong Stockmanship
• Computer literate
• Ability to motivate and work with staff
• Strong communication skills
• Maintenance orientated
