MINIMUM RERQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 4 years management experience in agriculture
• Proven hands-on experience with maize, soya, sugar beans, grass hay
• Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Computer literate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience working with GPS and all modern precision farming systems
• Strong mechanical skills

• Valid driver’s license
