Nelspruit Area – Limpopo: This role will focus on analysing financial data, providing actionable insights, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
This role will support informed decision-making and contribute to the overall financial health and efficiency of the division.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance i.e. BCom Accounting or related
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
• Minimum of 5 years’ senior accountant experience, preferably within the fruit packing industry

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
 
Financial reporting

• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (Full IFRS).
• In addition, monthly divisional management accounts

 
Tax Compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns and supporting monthly reconciliations

 
Audit Support

• Assist with the preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external audits

 
Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist with budgets and financial forecasts

 
Internal Controls

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls

 
Corporate Governance

• Assist with board meeting agenda, resolutions and minutes of meetings
