MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Relevant trade certificate in a Millwright or Electrician
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in maintenance
• Experience in Refrigeration will be advantageous
• Packhouse experience will be an advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
 

• Execute scheduled maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life span
• Diagnose mechanical faults in pneumatic and conveyor systems; perform timely repairs to restore production
• Fabricate, assemble, and retrofit mechanical/electrical systems to improve plant efficiency to meet evolving production needs.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and local industrial regulations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, repair reports, and parts inventories for machinery and tools.
• Install, dismantle, and precisely align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to prevent system failures and ensure consistent operation.
• Troubleshoot and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and HMI interfaces.
• Ensure that work performed is to the highest standards.
