Moamba Area – Mozambique: An exciting opportunity awaits a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to join a large-scale fruit farming operation in Mozambique. The farm produces papaya, macadamia, and litchi, and requires a strong leader who can take full responsibility for day-to-day operations and people management.
 
We’re looking for a mechanically minded individual with an ownership mentality – someone who leads by example, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced farming environment. The role reports directly to senior management, who value initiative and prefer not to micromanage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Degree or Diploma advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fruit production
• Proven track record in managing a large team
• Proven experience in people management
• Computer literate
• Must have ownership mentality
• Administrative skills with good computer literacy

• Being maintenance orientated essential
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
