Iringa Area – Tanzania: The successful candidate must have the necessary experience for this position.  This is an all-encompassing management vacancy.

Due to the remote location of the farm this position would be best suited to a single person.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience in tree crops
• Knowledge of commercial Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production
• Must have good record keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Must be hardworking, driven to succeed and initiative
• Excellent communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
