200km from Nairobi – Kenya:  Leading agricultural enterprise in Kenya is seeking an experienced and highly capable Estate Manager to oversee the full operations of a diversified farming estate. This role requires a senior professional with a strong “ownership mentality,” able to take charge of multiple divisions including EPZ operations, vegetables, roses, and packhouses.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a disciplined, mature individual who can manage the estate end-to-end while maintaining exceptional operational standards across all units.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or related field.
• 10+ years senior management experience in large-scale farming or estate operations (vegetables, floriculture, packhouse operations highly advantageous).
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage multi-unit operations independently.
• Proven experience working on farms supplying export markets.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High levels of integrity, discipline, and organisational capability.
• Must be comfortable working on a remote estate in Kenya on a single-status expat contract.
