MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Computer literacy (basic MS Office)

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Overseeing day-to-day farm operations
• Supervising farm workers and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Managing budgets, stock, and procurement of supplies
• Monitoring farm equipment and arranging maintenance
