MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• A Degree/diploma in Production/Agricultural qualification
• Previous vegetable farming experience advantageous
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
