Cradock Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking to appoint a Lodge Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a farm lodge environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background combined with farm-based lodge experience, as well as the ability to manage food catering, guest services, and administrative responsibilities.
This role requires someone hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a farm setting while maintaining high hospitality standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualification in hospitality/tourism/lodge management
- Previous experience in lodge or hotel management role
- Strong administrative background
- Ability to work in a team essential
- Previous experience with content creation of blog, social media and website advantageous
- Experience with cooking and baking and a high level of comfort in the kitchen
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
