MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Diploma/ Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
• 3 years Orchard experience
• Computer literate
• Familiarity with GlobalGAP and Siza standards.
• Great time management skills
• Must be trustworthy, hardworking and lead by example.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
• Being maintenance orientated

• Pruning, Irrigation, and fertigation
• Tree-Training
• Harvest Estimates
• Audit Assistance
• Record keeping
