Garden Route Area – Western Cape: The ideal candidate has a passion for growing high quality fruit. This is an all-encompassing vacancy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all farm aspects of production.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree or similar
• Min of 3 years fruit farming experience
• Previous experience with strawberries and raspberries preferred
• Must have sound experience on all aspects pertaining to soft fruit growing

• Significant experience managing diverse and large groups of employees
• Computer literate
• Previous experience with the supervision of chemical applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-developed time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
