Northern Namibia (Kavango East & West, Zambezi Region) – Namibia: The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating field implementation, overseeing irrigation set-up, ensuring best agronomic practices during establishment, and managing the project through its critical early phase to ensure a strong foundation for long-term production.
This role is hands-on, field-based, and requires close collaboration with farmers, technicians, suppliers, and the company’s internal team.
This is a FIXED TERM contract position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Irrigation, or Project
- Management (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5-10 years’ experience in agricultural project implementation or farm development.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Plantation crops (banana experience highly advantageous)
- Irrigation systems (design coordination, installation, or management)

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively in northern Namibia.
