MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- BRCGS or HACCP certification
- 2–3 years packhouse compliance experience
- Knowledge of food safety auditing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor and interpret regulatory, food safety, quality, and health &
- safety requirements
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance walkthroughs
- Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformances, including root
- cause analysis
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting
- Coordinate pest control, environmental monitoring, glass control,
- HACCP, and food safety meetings
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and risk assessments are correctly
- implemented
- Analyse test results and provide timely feedback to management
- Support audit scheduling, communication, and reporting
- Ensure staff training on packhouse processes, standards, and
- regulations
- Manage consumables and perform stock control
- Perform additional duties as required, including off-season tasks
