Burgersfort Area – Limpopo: To ensure the compliance of the company adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies, while making sure
produce and processes are complying with market specifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Matric
  • BRCGS or HACCP certification
  • 2–3 years packhouse compliance experience
  • Knowledge of food safety auditing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory, food safety, quality, and health &
  • safety requirements
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance walkthroughs
  • Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformances, including root
  • cause analysis
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate pest control, environmental monitoring, glass control,
  • HACCP, and food safety meetings
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and risk assessments are correctly
  • implemented
  • Analyse test results and provide timely feedback to management
  • Support audit scheduling, communication, and reporting
  • Ensure staff training on packhouse processes, standards, and
  • regulations
  • Manage consumables and perform stock control
  • Perform additional duties as required, including off-season tasks
