Marble Hall Area – Limpopo: Senior Production Floor Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day running of our food production floor. This role is operational and practical, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a visible presence on the production floor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Related qualification advantageous
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with production lines, food safety systems (HACCP), and quality assurance will be highly beneficial
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills
• Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license

 
DUTIES INCLUDE
 

• Lead production staff on the floor, ensure production targets are met, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and support quality and compliance requirements.
