Maun Area – Botswana: An exciting opportunity is available for a hands-on Farm Manager on this 34 000-ha mixed farming operation. This role requires a candidate with ownership mentality, strong management, organisational, and practical farming skills.
 
Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would be best suited to a couple with no kids or a single person.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in agricultural field
• Previous experience with:
  • cropping (barley, fruit & vegetables)
  • livestock (cattle, sheep, game & horses)
• Previous feedlot experience
• Computer literate
• Maintenance orientated
• Ability to motivate and work with staff
• Strong communication skills
• Valid code 14 driver’s license
• Valid passport
