Serenje Area – Zambia: Our client requires the services of Workshop Management Couple.
 
Due to the remote location of the farm this position would be best suited to a couple with no kids.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 
Workshop
 

• Trade tested diesel mechanic or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ of mechanical experience on a large-scale commercial operation
• Thorough knowledge of Agricultural mechanics
• Computer literate
• Solid background in mechanical electrics and basic understanding of construction
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Passport

 
Partner
 

• Accounting/ Bookkeeping diploma/degree/certificates advantageous
• At least 2 years previous experience in bookkeeping
• Computer Literate
• General Administration skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license
