MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma advantageous
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a packhouse / production / operations role
• Previous vegetable farming experience
• Computer literate
• Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as GlobalGAP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification), and Siza
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Maintenance orientated
• Energetic, hardworking, and self-driven individua
• Valid driver’s license
