Vaalwater area – Limpopo: Exciting vacancy awaits the successful candidate.
 
Due to the location of the farm this position will suit candidates with no kids.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree

• Remote Pilots Licence

• Minimum 3 years of farming experience
• Previous experience with:

• Drone crop spraying essential
• Cropping – maize, soya & sugar beans
• Livestock – cattle

• Computer literate

• Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively
• Being mechanically & maintenance orientated

• Ability to work with and motivate staff essential
• Valid driver’s license

 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 

• See that planting equipment and Poison Spray remain in good condition
• Supervise planting process and spraying
• Do the harvesting in person at harvest time with JD Harvester
• Gradually get involved in cattle farming
• Any other duty that may come into question.
