Christiana area – North West: Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Farm and Maintenance Manager with a strong sense of ownership to join their operation.

MINIMIM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma/ Degree advantageous
• Previous crop farming experience
• Knowledge of tractors and general farm machinery maintenance
• Strong people skills and ability to work with a team
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and activities efficiently
• Knowledge of lucerne farming and baling processes
• Hands-on, proactive attitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently when required
• Valid driver’s license
  
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Assist in the day-to-day management of farm operations
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Support planning and coordination of various farm activities
