MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree
• Previous experience with flower farming

• Experience of growing in greenhouses and with knowledge of fertigation systems will be preferred.
• Good planning skills and the ability to work with workers is important

• Computer literate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently 
• Strong management skills
• Valid driver’s license

 
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• General farm management
• Admin
• Responsible for production, labour and growing
• Water management, fertilizer & pest control
